Vistula The present image of Vistula Group S.A., as one of the most renowned companies operating in the clothing and jewellery industries, was developed as a result of implementation of our ambitious growth strategy, including several mergers and takeovers conducted in the recent years. The process included merger with Wólczanka S.A. in 2006, takeover of Galeria Centrum Sp. z o.o. shopping malls at the beginning of 2007, acquisition of a majority shareholding in W. Kruk S.A., and eventually the completion of legal procedure of its merger with Vistula Group S.A. in December 2008. The objective of these consolidating actions was to build a capital group around the company Vistula Group S.A. which would concentrate renowned Polish brands from the fashion, jewellery and luxury goods markets. |
