Radio Taxi Barbakan Sp. z o.o. was established 4th September 1994 in Krakow. The first client ordered a taxi 12th October 1994. At the moment with 700 taxis we are the biggest taxi company in the Małopolskie voivodship. In 1999 we introduced as first in Cracow free taxi ordering phone number (0-800-400-400) and launched website: www.taxi.barbakan.krakow.pl. Since 2000 taxi drivers connect digitally with headquarters which results in rapid orders pursue. Waiting time for taxi lasts between 4 and 9 minutes depending on starting point. For our clients we organize various surprises e. g. a drive in Warszawa Retro automobile from 1969 which is usually used for wedding days and parties. Also we carry couples on Valentine’ s Day for free.
